01Introduction and Acceptance

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the tbage.cam website and all related services ("Platform"). By registering on or continuing to use this Platform, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all related accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be considered void.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password strictly confidential. Notify tbage immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. tbage is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access.

03Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. In some cases, this time may increase slightly if identity verification is required.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure you have completed all applicable wagering requirements. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any winnings earned from it being forfeited.

Currency and Conversion

tbage processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For any currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate will be applied and any related fees are the responsibility of the user.

04Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000 (fifteen thousand taka). A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

For example: if you deposit ৳5,000 and receive a ৳7,500 bonus, you will need to wager 15 times the total of ৳12,500 — that is, ৳187,500 — before making a withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated on the banner or promotions page.
• You cannot activate another bonus while one is already active.
• Not all games played with a bonus may count equally toward the wagering requirement — please check the details of each bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• tbage reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

VIP Cashback Program

The tbage VIP program has four tiers — each tier offers a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

05Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Game Operations

All games offered on the tbage platform are operated by accredited software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). The terms and conditions of third-party game providers may also apply.

Technical Issues

If the outcome of a game is affected by a technical fault, server problem, or internet disconnection, tbage reserves the right, at its own discretion, to void or re-settle the relevant bet.

Unfair Play and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using any bot, script, or automated software
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Cycling bonuses across multiple accounts (bonus hunting or arbitraging)
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Colluding with other users during play

If any of the above activities are suspected, tbage will immediately suspend the account, freeze the balance, and may notify the relevant authorities.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbage platform:

• Helping minors (under 21) use an account
• Operating an account or making deposits on behalf of another person
• Using tbage's intellectual property without permission
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Publishing false, misleading, or harassing content
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

In the event of a breach of these prohibitions, tbage reserves the right to permanently close the account and seek compensation.

07Account Closure and Restrictions

Closure by User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to settle any pending withdrawals before closure.

Closure or Restriction by tbage

tbage may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Providing false identity or information
• Account misuse or security threat
• At the request of the responsible gaming policy (self-exclusion)

Any applicable balance (excluding bonuses) in a legitimately closed account will be returned after verification is completed.
